With the latest new member of the Taste Restaurant Group, The Dirty Rabbit – Cantina y Cocteleria, we would like to take you all on a trip to Latin America.A lot of inspiration was found in countries such as Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Argentina and Chili. So, con mucho gusto, we’d love to present you our extensive menu, which will hopefully please meat lovers, fish lovers ánd vegetarianos. In our Coctelería we offer a nice selection of Latin inspired drinks. Please don’t be misguided by the name because, although cocktails will flow in abundance, we do like to serve you beautiful wines, beers and spirits as well. Our Coctelería is the perfect place for every occasion: to sit back, relax and enjoy a lovely aperitif, to finish your meal with a kick-ass after-dinner cocktail or to simply enjoy a drink with your sweetheart, friends or colleagues.

For groups of 8 and up we have a special group coordinator, so please send your reservation request to [email protected]. Our coordinator will provide all the information you need to make your evening a success!
On Friday and Saturday nights our Cantina will be converted into a Club as of 23.00h, just like the good old days. The tables will be set aside, the DJs will be behind the decks … so get ready for some serious bailar!

Food & drinks
We really do love serving the food of our talented Colombian chef Lander Hanskens Maldonado the true Latin American way at the Cantina. Our advise: share lots of different dishes with your amantes, amigos y familia and double the fun. Remember that all our dishes will be served when ready. And ‘to share or not to share’? That’s entirely up to you!
Food without a decent drink is a true crime … That’s why our head hartender, Yuni Herremans, created a fantastic range of handcrafted cocktails. Together with a great selection of ice cold beers and beautiful wines, there will be plenty of choice to enjoy your favorite drink before, during or after your meal.
Not so hungry? You are more than welcome to have a drink at our well stocked bar without having dinner. Just know you can always order some small dishes at the bar or ask for the next available table when you change your mind.
Club Nights start every Friday and Saturday evening, right after dinner, as of 11PM. There is no entrance fee and everybody’s welcome (unless of course we exceed our capacity, so make sure to come in early)! the programming can be found in the ‘What’s on’ section of this website.
Club Nights usually turn into one hell of a fiesta, all you need to do is join us on the dance floor. And for the true daredevils … we’ve kept our dance pole, so please show us your most sensual moves. Nos gusta mucho!!View our events

For our restaurant, brasserie and pop-up kitchens, we’ve been working with the professionals of Hilux-Hillewaert and Palux for many years. Their sense of detail and quality combined with excellent service ensures that we can always rely on top-quality kitchens made to measure for our chefs.
The top butchers Beringen-based Carmans are maniacal about quality and provide, among other things, the most beautiful pieces of meat needed for our American low & slow story. Ribs, beef ribs, Boston Buds and of course brisket of the highest quality are specially selected and prepared for us. It is also a pleasure to work with them to find unique pieces of sustainable meat. Carmans also excels in fantastic service and support.
We have been working with the professionals of Rémy Cointreau for many years now. They are truly passionate about Rémy Martin Cognacs, Mount Gay Rum, liqueurs and of course Cointreau. Plus, the range of appropriate trainings, incentives and trips they offer guarantee that our bartenders and staff continuously get better at their craft.

We have been working closely with Coca-Cola right from the start in 1997. Their large range combined with their innovative approach and top products such as Chaudfontaine make for the perfect marriage. We also work closely with Coca-Cola’s Spirits Division. We represent them with beautiful brands such as Disaronno, The Macallan, Highland Park and Brugal to name but a few.
We are also proud that with Stuart Catering & Liquid League we can take care of the events of The Perfect Mix by Coca-Cola. A unique concept built around beautiful mixed drinks with an extra twist that we can give to thousands of guests at major events and festivals.
For more than fifteen years we have worked closely with Vinalfood and Dell’Oro. We serve their Italian coffee Caffè Vergnano in our various shops and at Stuart Catering events. In addition, the boys & girls at Dell’Oro ensure that we can offer the best Italian products and the best wines in our bars and restaurants.
